Refund Policy

Returns
Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. All retuning items must have an approved RGA # from TISO

All goods returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

All returning item must have an approved RGA # marked clearly on the packaging.  Returns shipping must be arranged and prepaid by the customer. In addition, all returning items must begin their original packaging and, where applicable, include all parts, manuals, and serial number cards. Any returning item which appears damaged or incomplete upon arrival at our warehouse will not be accepted. 

Special order or clearance items are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tisosolutions.com and send your item to: 3100 12th Ave. Regina Saskatchewan CA S4T 1J7.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3100 12th Ave. Regina Saskatchewan CA S4T 1J7

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
